U9play Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
Please read this document carefully before using the u9play platform. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated herein. This document is updated from time to time and takes effect from the date of the latest publication.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By registering an account, accessing, or using the services provided by u9play, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and u9play as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The u9play platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement as stipulated under Malaysian law.
Account Creation & Information Security
Each user is permitted to register only one account on the u9play platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. u9play reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the integrity of your account. Failure to provide the requested verification documents may result in your account being suspended or closed until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. Any activity carried out through your account is deemed to be your own action. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact u9play customer support immediately.
- Use a strong, unique password for your u9play account.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Always log out of your account after using a shared or public device.
- Keep your personal information up to date whenever changes occur.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the u9play platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your account come from a legitimate source and belong to you. u9play does not accept third-party deposits.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment has been confirmed by the relevant payment service provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. u9play is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with u9play's policies and procedures in effect at the time of the request. Prior to approving any withdrawal, u9play reserves the right to request identity verification and proof of funds. Any withdrawal attempt that appears suspicious or in breach of these terms may be put on hold pending further investigation.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are as stated on the platform.
- Bonus and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawals are permitted.
- U9play reserves the right to decline or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud or money laundering.
User Responsibilities & Liability Limits

The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised methods to manipulate games or platform systems is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of account balances at u9play's discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, u9play shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, loss of profits, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or third-party system failures.
Intellectual Property, Suspended Accounts & Third-Party Links
All content on the u9play platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface layout, brand names, and software — is the property of u9play and is protected under Malaysia's copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written permission.
U9play reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: failed identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, breach of terms of use, bonus or promotion abuse, or upon request by the relevant authorities.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational convenience. u9play is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those external sites. Access to any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
U9play reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version.
This document is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, it will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
